If you have a Dentist, Hygienist, Therapist or any other appointment booked with us in the near future, please read the below COVID checklist.

If you answer yes to any of these questions, please contact us on 01723 670 500 or via email 7 days a week on info@newbydental.co.uk, as depending on your circumstance, it maybe better for us to reschedule your visit.

Do you have fever or have you felt hot or feverish recently (14 days)?
Are you having shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?
Do you have a cough?
Do you have any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?
Have you experienced recent loss of taste or smell?
Have you been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients?
Are you waiting for COVID-19 results?
Have you been advised by test and trace to self isolate for any reason?
Have you travelled in the past 14 days anywhere outside of the UK?
Do you have severe heart disease, lung disease, active cancer, type 1 diabetes or any autoimmune disorders?
Do you identify as being in a vulnerable group- has your GP advised you to shield, (although shielding officially ended on April the 1st, you may still feel the need to shield) or are you over 28 weeks pregnant?
Please wear a mask if you can, bring only minimal items with you, and where possible attend your appointment alone, to help us follow social distancing guidelines.
